A few common reasons explain why your balance might change:
- Maximum win limits 📈
Some bonuses (like no-deposit ones) cap the amount you can win. For instance, the max cashout may be 50 EUR or 75 AUD/CAD. If you win more than this, the excess might be removed once you complete wagering - Bonus expiry 🕒
Bonuses come with a set duration. If time runs out before you meet the wagering requirement, both the bonus and any winnings linked to it may be removed. We always recommend checking the expiry date to stay on track – it’s right there in your Bonuses tab - Low balance auto-cancellation ⚙️
If your bonus-linked balance (your deposit + bonus, or just the bonus for no-deposit offers) drops to 0.50 EUR or less, the system will automatically cancel the bonus. This only applies to the bonus portion of your balance – it won’t affect any funds from separate deposits or bonuses
