Can I cancel my withdrawal?

Withdrawals at RocketPlay go through three stages: Reserved, Processing, and Succeeded 📈

You can only cancel your withdrawal while it’s in the Reserved status. At this stage, you can cancel it yourself through the Cashbox tab or it may be cancelled by our finance department for common withdrawal rejection reasons.

However, once your withdrawal is approved by our finance team and its status changes to Processing, it can no longer be cancelled.

Please make sure to review your decision before this stage to ensure the best outcome for your funds 😌
