What responsible gambling features are available?

At RocketPlay, we take responsible gambling seriously and offer several tools to help you manage your gambling activity🛠️ Here’s a list of the limits available for you to set:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month to control how much you add to your account 💳
• Loss limit: limit the amount you can lose over a given time, helping you avoid exceeding a comfortable level of losses 📊
• Wager limit: control the amount of money you can place on bets during a set period, ensuring your spending stays within your chosen limits 🎲
• Session limit: set a maximum time you can stay logged in and playing before being automatically logged out ⏳
• Wind down: log out straight away and come back whenever you’re ready.
• Cooling off: take a break from gambling for a set period, from days to months, while still having access to your account without playing and depositing 🗓️
• Self exclusion: block access to your account if you need a longer break from gambling. The restriction starts immediately, and you won’t be able to log in until the period ends 🚧

To activate any of these limits, simply navigate to the Limits tab in your profile. Deposit limits and self-exclusion appear once you switch on Advanced mode at the bottom of the tab. If you need assistance, our support team is here to help! 🤗
