Referral Program

The Referral Program lets existing players invite friends to join. If approved, an account is created for the referred player using the provided email address. Each request is reviewed individually before the account is created.

Handling the Request

1. Confirm the referring player has made at least one successful deposit. If not, decline the request immediately, they're not eligible.
2. Ask the player for their friend's email address.
3. Don't promise the friend's account will be created; let the player know the request has been forwarded for review.

Review Process

The Product team reviews the request and either approves it (creating the friend's account) or declines it. If approved, the friend receives an email confirming the account was created and needs to set a new password before logging in.
