Withdrawals can be cancelled for several reasons — but don’t worry, in most cases it’s something that can be easily fixed ✅
You’ll receive an email with the exact reason for the cancellation. You’ll also see a shortened explanation under Cashbox→Operations history, where the rejected payment is listed.
Let’s figure out what might have happened and how to fix it together.
- Verification: one of the most common reasons is incomplete verification. You can check your current status in the Verification tab — every verified document will be marked with a green check ✅
Here’s a quick overview of what may be needed:- ID verification🪪 Upload a valid photo (not a scan) of one of the following documents, with all four corners visible:
- Passport
- Driver’s licence
- Government-issued ID card
- Make sure all information is readable and not cropped.
- Address confirmation🏠 Submit one of the following documents, dated within the last 90 days:
- Utility bill
- Bank statement
- Tax invoice
- It must clearly show your full name and address. Again, make sure it’s a photo, not a scan, with all details clearly visible.
- Payment method confirmation💳 To verify your payment method, we might ask for one of the following, depending on how you deposited:
- Card: upload a clear photo of your bank card, showing your name, expiry date, and the first 6 and last 4 digits. You may need to upload both sides if all the details aren’t on the front.
- E-wallet: provide a screenshot of your last deposit showing your name, the deposit amount, time, and transaction ID. Alternatively, a screenshot from your wallet account displaying your name and email address also works.
- In most cases, a new payment method will need to be verified before you can withdraw to it. Once everything’s approved, your next withdrawal should go smoothly!
- ID verification🪪 Upload a valid photo (not a scan) of one of the following documents, with all four corners visible:

- Payment method: withdrawals must go to the same method you used to deposit. Check if you’re withdrawing to your original deposit method—this keeps transactions safe and secure!

- Active bonus: got an active bonus? You’ll need to meet the wagering requirement before withdrawing your bonus balance. Head to Bonusestab in your account for all the details about your progress!

- Withdrawal limits: you might’ve reached your weekly or monthly withdrawal limit. Don’t worry—you’ll be able to withdraw once your limits reset 📊

- Wagering requirements: to keep things fair, deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawing. Once done, you’re good to go! 🎲
