If you experience losses, you can activate deposit insurance to recover a percentage of your deposits for the current period. Just make sure your last transaction wasn’t a withdrawal, you don't have active balance and that no withdrawal requests were made after your deposits 💸
How to request deposit insurance
- Open the Bonuses tab in your Profile
- Select Insurance as your bonus type
- Click Make request, and you're all set!
Deposit insurance conditions
Your VIP status defines your insurance percentage and the number of covered deposits. Here's what you get:
Bronze, 
Silver, 
Gold - 10% on up to 3 deposits daily
Platinum, 
Diamond - 15% on up to 3 deposits daily
Daily deposit insurance resets every day at 12 AM UTC, so don’t forget to check the time displayed at the bottom of the page.
