How does weekly cashback work?

Weekly cashback is our little way of lighting up your week – a thank-you for spending time with us and keeping the game moving. It’s designed to feel simple, predictable, and reassuring, so you always know when and how it arrives ✨

Your cashback is calculated based on the difference in deposits and withdrawals for the last week, minus the balance and any active withdrawals at the time of cashback accrual 🧮

🕒 When cashback arrives

Cashback is issued every Thursday within roughly 2 hours after 00:00 UTC. Once it appears, you’ll see it in the Bonuses tab.

You’ll have two full days to activate and enjoy it (until Friday 23:59 UTC). After that, the offer simply expires – no penalties, no worries.

🤔 Why cashback may not appear

Your cashback isn’t missing – it just depends on a few conditions behind the scenes. The most common reasons are:

• The weekly result didn’t generate a qualifying amount: cashback is only credited when the automatic calculation reaches 1.50 AUD or more
• Your recent activity didn’t meet the required cashback threshold: cashback is based on the difference between your deposits, withdrawals, balance, and any active withdrawal requests
  If deposits don’t exceed withdrawals + balance during the weekly period, cashback simply won’t be issued for that period
• Timing: cashback always follows the Thursday schedule. If it’s not Thursday yet, it’s still on the way
