How do I delete a saved payment method from my account?

Removing a saved card or payment method is quick and easy — and you’re always in control of what stays in your account 🙌 Whether a card is no longer in use or you just want to keep things tidy, you can remove it anytime directly from the Cashbox.

Here’s how it works 👇

1. Open Cashbox and start a deposit or withdrawal just like you normally would
2. Continue to the 3rd step of the payment process, where all your saved payment methods are shown
3. Find the card or payment option you no longer want to keep
4. Click Delete saved method — and that’s it ✨

If a saved card still shows in the list after you delete it, let us know and we’ll remove it for you.

For security reasons, all deposit methods need to be verified, including those that were previously used and later removed.
