How do I make a deposit?

Topping up takes under a minute, and it all happens in the Cashbox.

1. Click the Deposit button at the top of the page, or at the bottom if you are on a phone.

2. Enter the amount you want to deposit.

3. Choose a payment method from the ones available for your account.

4. Fill in the details for that method and confirm the payment.

Deposits are credited to your balance straight away, so you can start playing as soon as the payment goes through.

Paying by card

For a card payment you enter the 16-digit card number, the expiry date, the CVV code and the cardholder name exactly as it appears on the card. Check that the card is still valid and that every field matches the card, then continue the payment in the new tab that opens.

The card or account has to be registered in your own name.

Which payment methods can I deposit with?

You have a few options, and the exact list is put together for your country and your account currency.

The methods available to you are shown in the Cashbox after you enter the amount, so that list is always the current one for your account. Depending on your country it can include:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • E-wallets such as MiFinity, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and Jeton

  • Interac, for accounts in Canada

  • Vouchers such as NeoSurf, CashToCode and Paysafecard

  • Cryptocurrency

The list can change over time, and a method that is not in your Cashbox today can appear later. If you do not see the method you were looking for, choose another one from the list shown for your account.

Minimum and maximum amounts differ from method to method, and you see them in the Cashbox when you select one.

Adding a new method

A new payment method is added to your account when you make a deposit with it. Before it can be used for a withdrawal, it may need to be verified, and you upload the document in the Verification tab, in the Payment section.

What are the deposit limits?

The limits are straightforward, and they depend on the payment method you choose.

  • Minimum deposit: 20 EUR or USD, 25 AUD, 30 CAD or NZD per transaction

  • Maximum deposit: up to 4,000 EUR or USD, 6,000 AUD, CAD or NZD per transaction

Some methods have their own minimum and maximum. You can check the exact amounts in the Cashbox at the second step of the deposit, once you have selected a method.

You can also set your own deposit limit in the Limits tab of your profile if you want to keep your spending in check.

Are there any deposit fees?

No, and that is the short answer: we do not charge a fee for deposits.

Your bank, card issuer or e-wallet provider may charge their own fee for the transfer or for currency conversion. That fee is set by them, so check it with them directly.

Crypto deposits work the same way. We take no fee, but the blockchain network charges its own, and the amount depends on the coin, the size of the transfer and how busy the network is.

If a fee was taken from you on a deposit, it came from your bank or provider, so we are not able to refund it.

Can I deposit using someone else's payment method?

We have to say no to this one, and it is there to keep your account safe.

You can only use payment methods registered in your own name. A card or account belonging to your partner, a friend or anyone else cannot be used for a deposit.

If a deposit is made with someone else's payment method, any winnings from it can be lost, and the deposit is returned to the owner of that payment method.

Before you deposit, check that the name on the card or account matches the name in your profile.

What does my deposit status mean?

Your deposit tells you where it stands, and there are four statuses you can see in the Cashbox, in Operations history.

Accepted

The payment went through and the money is on your balance.

Waiting

Your payment provider is still processing the payment. It is either completed or declined automatically, usually within 24 hours. The money reaches your balance once the payment goes through, so it cannot be played with or withdrawn while it is waiting.

In Progress

This one appears for crypto deposits and means the transfer is being confirmed on the network.

Discarded

The payment did not go through. The usual reasons are a decline from the card issuer, not enough funds, or a limit on the card. You can try again or choose another method from the ones available in your Cashbox.

Why did my deposit fail?

A failed payment is frustrating, and in most cases it comes down to one of a few things you can fix yourself.

  • Not enough funds on the account or card. Check the available balance and try again, or use another method.

  • A limit has been reached. That can be a limit set by your bank, or a deposit limit you set yourself in the Limits tab of your profile.

  • The 3DS code was not entered. For card payments, your bank sends a code by SMS, email or in its app. Complete that step without interruptions and within the time your bank allows.

  • Payment details do not match the card. The number, expiry date, CVV and cardholder name all have to match the card exactly.

If it still does not go through

These steps clear up most of the remaining cases:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then refresh the page.

  • Try the payment in a private or incognito window.

  • Log out of your account and log back in.

  • Turn off a VPN or an ad blocker for the payment.

  • Ask your bank whether they are blocking the payment on their side.

  • Try another payment method. Everything available for your account is listed in the Cashbox.

If none of that helps, tell us what the error on screen said and we will look into it with you.

My deposit was not credited, what should I do?

Let us get your money where it belongs. Start with the type of deposit you made.

Card, e-wallet or bank transfer

Check your bank or wallet account first. If the payment is still pending and the money has not left your account, it is still being processed on their side, so give it time to complete.

If the money has already left your account, have the proof of payment ready. It has to show the amount, the date and time, the name of the recipient, and the reference number of the transaction if your bank provides one.

Cryptocurrency

Check that the transfer was completed on the blockchain, that it went to the address shown in your Cashbox for that exact coin, and that the amount is above the minimum deposit, not counting the network fee. Then have the transaction hash and a screenshot of the transfer ready.

Sending it to us

In the chat menu, open Missing deposit / multi-account, choose Missing deposit and submit the request there. It goes straight to our finance team. These cases are usually resolved within 24 hours, and in some cases they take up to 72 hours.

How do I deposit with Interac?

Interac is one of the quickest ways to top up in Canada, and the payment is confirmed in your own online banking.

1. Click Deposit and enter the amount.

2. Select Interac as the payment method.

3. You are taken to the Gigadat page, where you select your bank and are redirected to your online banking.

4. Confirm the transfer request there. The details are filled in for you.

Use the email address that is registered with your online banking and supports Interac. If you have AutoDeposit set up in your banking app, there is no question and answer step and no email to confirm.

Most transfers arrive within 1 to 3 minutes, and some take around 30 minutes, because the timing is in the hands of your bank and Interac.

How do I deposit with NeoSurf?

NeoSurf lets you pay with a voucher code, so no card or bank details are needed.

1. Click Deposit and enter an amount. If the minimum on screen is higher than your voucher, enter the minimum and continue.

2. Select NeoSurf and click Next.

3. Confirm the amount again and continue to the NeoSurf page.

4. Choose Voucher, enter the code from your voucher and complete the payment.

The deposit is credited for the value of the voucher you use.

Where to get a voucher

You can buy a voucher online on the NeoSurf website and receive a 10-digit code by email, or buy one for cash at a NeoSurf retailer near you. The retailer map is on the NeoSurf website.

Keep the code safe until you use it, and keep a photo of the voucher until the deposit is credited.

How do I deposit with MiFinity?

MiFinity is an e-wallet, so the first deposit takes a few extra steps and every one after that is quick.

1. Click Deposit, enter the amount and select MiFinity.

2. Enter your email address. It is used for your MiFinity account.

3. Log in to MiFinity, or create an account if you do not have one yet.

4. Top up your MiFinity wallet with one of the methods available there.

5. Confirm the payment to your casino balance.

When you create the account, your details are filled in from your profile. You confirm the account by email or by SMS code and choose a password.

The name on the MiFinity account has to match the name in your profile.

How do I deposit with cryptocurrency?

Crypto deposits are quick, and the one thing to get right is the address.

We accept BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE and USDT. USDT works on the ERC-20, TRC-20 and BEP-20 networks.

1. Open the Cashbox and select the coin you want to deposit.

2. Click Deposit and enter the amount.

3. Click Next and choose the crypto option.

4. Copy the address shown for that coin, or scan the QR code with your wallet app.

5. Send the transfer from your own wallet.

Each coin has its own address, and the address belongs to your account only. Send every coin to the address shown for that exact coin, and never use an address from another account or another currency.

You can save the address in your wallet app and reuse it for later deposits.

We take no fee for crypto. The network charges its own fee, and the amount depends on the coin, the size of the transfer and how busy the network is. Check that the amount arriving after the network fee is still above the minimum deposit.

I sent a crypto deposit to the wrong address, can it be recovered?

Sometimes yes, so it is worth telling us as soon as you notice it.

A transfer sent to an address for another coin, or to an address that is not yours, does not reach your balance, because one cryptocurrency is not converted into another. A transfer below the minimum deposit does not reach it either.

What we need from you

  • A screenshot of the transfer from your wallet

  • The transaction hash or ID as text, so it can be looked up on the blockchain

In the chat menu, open Missing deposit / multi-account, choose Missing deposit and submit the request with both of these.

How recovery works

Not every transfer can be recovered, and whether yours can is confirmed only after our accounting team reviews it. The review usually takes up to 72 hours and in some cases up to 7 business days.

If recovery is possible, it can take up to 60 days and there is a recovery fee of 10 percent of the deposit amount, plus any network fees. The fee never exceeds 300 EUR or the same amount in your currency.

How do I delete a saved payment method from my account?

You are in control of what stays in your account, and removing a saved card takes a few clicks in the Cashbox.

1. Open the Cashbox and start a deposit or a withdrawal as you normally would.

2. Continue to the third step of the payment, where your saved methods are shown.

3. Find the card or method you no longer want to keep.

4. Click Delete saved method.

If a saved card still shows in the list after you delete it, let us know and we will remove it for you.

To replace a card that has expired, add the new one with your next deposit.

One thing to keep in mind: every deposit method has to be verified, including one that was used before and later removed.
