How to Receive a Bonus

There are several ways to receive a bonus:

• Weekly deposit offers — check your Bonuses tab for deposit bonuses available each week. Activate the one you want and follow the steps to claim it.

• Automatic rewards — bonuses based on your gaming activity are credited directly to your Bonuses tab.

• Social media bonuses — follow our official social media channels for exclusive bonus codes, posted regularly.

• Loyalty and VIP rewards — earn bonuses automatically as you progress through loyalty levels, including free spins, deposit bonuses, and cashback.

• Gift Shop — collect coins with every bet and exchange them for Free Spins, real money rewards, and more. (See the separate Seasonal content for current Gift Shop details.)

What Bonus Wagering Means

Bonus wagering is the process you complete before you can withdraw winnings from a bonus. Each bonus has a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount that tells you how much you need to bet before the bonus and its winnings become withdrawable.

Example: if a bonus has a x40 wagering requirement and you receive 10, you need to bet a total of 400 (10 x 40) to meet the requirement.

Once you meet the wagering requirement, your bonus and any winnings tied to it convert into withdrawable cash.

Where to Check Your Wagering Progress

Go to the Bonuses tab to see the remaining amount you need to wager to complete the requirement for a specific bonus. Once the requirement is met, your bonus converts into real cash, which you can keep playing with or withdraw.

Which Games Count Toward Wagering

Not every game contributes equally to wagering requirements. To find eligible games:

• Go to the Bonus Wagering section.

• Look for slots marked with the special wagering symbol (a blue dollar sign) — these count toward your requirement.

Most slots count toward bonus wagering. Live games, jackpot slots, and bonus buys often do not, and are usually marked with a special red badge.

Bet Limits While a Bonus Is Active

While a bonus is active, your maximum bet is usually capped until the wagering is completed. The cap is typically 

5 EUR or 7.5 AUD/CAD/NZD (or the equivalent in your currency). Once the wagering requirement is met, the cap is lifted and your bonus converts into real cash.

Cancelling a Bonus

If a bonus does not suit your goals, you can cancel it:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Go to Profile > Bonuses tab.

3. Select the bonus you want to cancel.

4. Press Cancel and confirm.

Free Spins and Bonuses Cancelled by a Withdrawal

Submitting a withdrawal while a bonus or cashback is still active automatically cancels that bonus and any winnings from it, including unused free spins. All available no-deposit bonuses, cashback, and free spins must be claimed and used before you request a withdrawal. You can see what is active in your Bonuses tab.

Why You Cannot Withdraw While a Bonus Is Active

If you cannot withdraw while a bonus is active, it is because the wagering requirement has not been met yet. Once you have wagered the required amount, the bonus and any winnings tied to it convert into withdrawable cash.

Submitting a withdrawal request while a bonus or cashback is still active will automatically cancel the bonus and any winnings from it.

Why Your Balance Changed After Using a Bonus

Playing with a bonus can affect your balance because of bonus-specific conditions:

Maximum win limits

Some bonuses, such as no-deposit offers, cap how much you can win. For example, your maximum withdrawal might be limited to 75 AUD/CAD/NZD or 50 EUR unless stated otherwise. Once you meet the wagering requirement, any winnings above the limit may be adjusted.

Bonus expiry date

Bonuses have a validity period. If a bonus expires before you meet the wagering conditions, any remaining bonus funds or related winnings are voided. For example, a 3-day bonus expires and is removed if unused within that time.

Weekly Cashback

Weekly cashback is credited automatically if you are eligible — there is no need to request it via live chat.

How it works

• Credit time — every Thursday within 2 hours after 00:00 UTC, credited to your Bonuses tab automatically.

• Validity — you have 2 days to activate and use it (until Friday 23:59 UTC).

Activate your cashback from the Bonuses tab and start wagering.

If you request a withdrawal before activating and using your available cashback, the system will automatically cancel it. All available no-deposit bonuses, including cashback, must be claimed and used before you can process a withdrawal.

Why you might not receive weekly cashback

The most common reasons are:

• Activity in the past week — cashback depends on losses. If your withdrawals exceed deposits, no cashback is calculated.

• Minimum cashback amount — cashback is only credited if it is at least 1 EUR/USD or 1.50 AUD/NZD/CAD. Smaller amounts are not issued.

• Eligibility — cashback is available starting from the Lava level of the Loyalty Program.

How weekly cashback is calculated

Weekly cashback is determined by this formula:

(Total deposits − Total withdrawals − Current balance − Active withdrawal requests) x Cashback % = Your cashback

Example: deposits 1,000; withdrawals 800; balance 50; cashback 10% → your cashback is 15. Amounts below 1 EUR/USD or 1.50 AUD/CAD/NZD are not credited. Activate cashback in the Bonuses section.

Live Cashback

Live cashback is available only to VIP players starting from the Bronze level of the VIP Club. It is credited every second Tuesday by 12:00 UTC, based on Live games activity.

How it works

• Calculated as: (Live bets − Live wins) x 0.05 (up to 5%).

• Minimum cashback: 100 EUR/USD or 150 AUD/CAD/NZD.

• Maximum cashback: 1,000 EUR/USD or 1,500 AUD/CAD/NZD.

• Credited as real money — no wagering required.

• Found in the Bonuses tab — activate it by Friday 23:59 UTC to use it.

Live cashback is rounded based on the amount earned, starting from 100 EUR/USD or 150 AUD/CAD/NZD and increasing in tiers up to 1,000 EUR/USD or 1,500 AUD/CAD/NZD cap.

Deposit Offers and Welcome Bonuses

Claiming a deposit bonus

Check your Bonuses tab for available deposit offers and activate the one you want, then make a qualifying deposit following its conditions. Some offers apply during the deposit step; others are activated from the Bonuses tab afterward. If an offer needs a promo code, enter it in Promo code section.

If a deposit bonus was not applied

Check that your deposit met the conditions — minimum amount, required prior deposits, and any time window — and that the bonus was activated where required. If the conditions were met and it still was not applied, contact support before placing any bets.

Withdrawals remove active and available bonuses

Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus or cashback is active cancels it and any winnings. This includes available no-deposit bonuses and cashback, which must be claimed and used before withdrawing.

Wednesday Free Spins

Every Wednesday, you can claim Free Spins depending on your deposit amount. Free Spins are added automatically to your Bonuses tab; activate them to play.
