What is bonus wagering?

Every bonus comes with a condition, and wagering is that condition.

Wagering is the amount you need to bet before the bonus and the winnings from it can be withdrawn. Each bonus has a multiplier, and it applies to the bonus amount.

Most of our bonuses have a x40 wagering requirement. If you receive a bonus of 10, you place bets totalling 400 to complete it.

For a deposit bonus, the multiplier applies to the bonus amount only. If you deposit 100 and receive a 50 bonus, the wagering is 2,000, and your deposit is not part of that sum.

Where can I wager the bonus?

The game you choose decides how fast the wagering moves, so it is worth a look before you play.

Open the Bonus Wagering section to find the eligible slots. An icon on the game marks it as eligible.

How much each game counts

• Slots from the Bonus Wagering category: 100 percent of your bet

• Live games from the Live games for bonus wagering category: 5 percent

• Game shows and other live games: 0 percent

• Table games and video poker, except roulette: 5 percent

• Roulette: 0 percent

Jackpot games are closed while a bonus is active.

Two habits help: check that the game is eligible before you bet, and keep an eye on the Bonuses tab to see how much wagering is left.

How do I track my bonus wagering progress?

You can see exactly where you stand in two places.

The arrow next to your balance

Click the arrow next to your balance and a progress bar appears, for example 1,000 AUD out of 3,000 AUD. That is how much of the wagering you have completed.

The Bonuses tab

The Bonuses tab shows the exact amount still to be wagered before the winnings can be withdrawn.

Once the wagering is complete, the bonus turns into real money. You can keep playing with it without any further conditions, or withdraw it.

Why do I have a bet limit with an active bonus?

It is there to keep bonus play fair, and it lifts as soon as the wagering is done.

While a bonus is active, your bets are capped at 5 EUR or USD, or 7.5 AUD, CAD or NZD, depending on your currency. The cap also applies to buying bonus features inside games.

Once you complete the wagering, the cap is gone and the bonus becomes real winnings that you can use or withdraw.

Why am I unable to withdraw funds with an active bonus?

The bonus is still doing its job, and withdrawals open as soon as it is finished.

While a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings from it are tied to its wagering requirement. They become available for withdrawal once the requirement is complete.

At that point the bonus and its winnings are converted into real money on your balance, and you can keep playing or withdraw them.

Why did my balance change after claiming a bonus?

Bonuses carry their own conditions, and two of them can change the balance you see.

Maximum win limit

Every bonus caps the amount you can win from it. Once the wagering is complete, winnings above the cap are adjusted to it. For a no-deposit bonus the cap is 75 AUD, CAD or NZD, 50 EUR or USD, or 500 NOK, unless the offer says otherwise.

Bonus expiry

Bonuses are valid for a set period. If a bonus expires before the wagering is complete, the remaining bonus funds and the winnings tied to them are removed. A bonus valid for 3 days, for example, has to be used inside those 3 days.

How to cancel a bonus?

If a bonus is not for you, it takes a few clicks to let it go.

1. Log in to your account.

2. Open the Bonuses tab.

3. Select the bonus you want to cancel.

4. Press Cancel to confirm.

Any winnings earned from that bonus are forfeited when you cancel it, so it is worth checking the progress first.

This applies to casino bonuses. Sports bonuses stay on your account until you use them or they expire.

How can I receive regular bonuses?

Two switches decide whether offers reach you, and both live in your profile.

Turn on promotions

1. Open the General tab of your profile.

2. Find the Settings section.

3. Switch on Get my personal offers and new promos via email.

Turn on automatic bonuses

1. Open the Bonuses tab of your account.

2. Check that the Receive bonuses toggle under New bonuses is switched on.

With both on, achievements and loyalty perks reach you automatically. A deposit bonus works differently: choose it in the Cashbox, or enter its code, before you confirm the payment. The Bonuses tab lists everything currently available to you, and the Promotions page shows what else is running.

If the Receive bonuses toggle is off at the moment a bonus is issued, that bonus is not credited.

I forgot to choose a bonus when I deposited. What can I do?

The deposit itself is fine, and the bonus may still be added. Let us know here before you start playing: while the deposited funds are still on your balance, a team member can check whether the bonus can be added. Once the deposit has been played, the bonus can no longer be attached to it.

What is the Friday Reload bonus?

Friday comes with free spins on your deposit.

Deposit on any Friday between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC and you receive free spins based on the amount:

• 20 free spins from 20 EUR or USD, or 30 CAD, AUD or NZD

• 50 free spins from 50 EUR or USD, or 75 CAD, AUD or NZD

• 100 free spins from 100 EUR or USD, or 150 CAD, AUD or NZD

Only one of the three can be claimed per Friday.

What is the Sunday bonus?

Sunday adds half of your deposit back as a bonus.

Deposit on any Sunday between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC and receive a 50 percent bonus on that deposit.

• The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or USD, or 30 AUD, CAD or NZD.

• The maximum bonus is 200 EUR or USD, or 300 AUD, CAD or NZD.

• Wagering is x40.

• The maximum win is 2,000 EUR or USD, or 3,000 CAD, AUD or NZD.

• The offer is available from your second deposit onwards.

What is the High Roller bonus?

For a bigger deposit there is a bigger bonus, available on any day of the week.

The High Roller bonus gives 50 percent on your deposit, once per week, on any day you choose.

Conditions

• The minimum deposit is 200 EUR or USD, or 300 CAD, AUD or NZD.

• The maximum bonus is 1,600 EUR or USD, or 2,500 CAD, AUD or NZD.

• Wagering is x40.

• The maximum win is 16,000 EUR or USD, or 25,000 CAD, AUD or NZD.

Why doesn't my promo code work?

A code is accepted only when every condition of its offer is met. Check these points before you try again:

1. Enter the code exactly as it is written, without extra spaces.

2. Check the conditions of the offer, such as the minimum deposit, the time limit, your country and whether a previous deposit is required.

3. No-deposit codes from partner websites are meant for new registrations and follow the conditions of that offer.

If the code still does not work, it may have expired or may not be valid for your account. Tell us here which code you used and the exact error message, and we will look into it.

When will my weekly cashback be credited?

Weekly cashback is a no-deposit gift for your play, and it lands every Thursday.

The exact time depends on where you are and on your level:

• All countries except Australia, all levels: 01:00 UTC

• Australia, VIP levels: 00:01 UTC

• Australia, levels 4 and 5: 02:00 UTC

• Australia, levels 6 to 8: 03:00 UTC

Crediting can take up to 1 hour after that time. The current UTC time is in the bottom right corner of the website, and in the Menu on mobile.

Once credited, you have 3 days to activate the cashback in the Bonuses tab, and it has to be used within the same 3 days, otherwise it expires.

If the Receive bonuses toggle is off when the cashback is issued, it is not credited, so keep it on.

Why didn't I receive my cashback?

There are two usual explanations, and neither of them is a problem with your account.

The bonus toggle was off

The Receive bonuses toggle in the Bonuses tab covers weekly cashback, deposit bonuses and other offers. With it off at the moment of issuing, cashback is not credited. Turn it on and let us know, and we will look at your eligibility.

The In and Out requirement was not met

To qualify, your In and Out balance, meaning deposits minus withdrawals over the last 7 days excluding today, has to be greater than 50 EUR, USD, CAD, NZD or AUD, or 500 NOK.

If it is not, it usually means the week went well for you and your withdrawals were higher than your deposits. Every new week is a fresh chance to qualify.

Cashback is fully automated. With the toggle on and the criteria met, it is credited to your account without any request.

How is cashback calculated?

The amount comes from your own activity over the past week, and here is the whole picture.

Cashback is issued every Thursday, and the timing depends on your level and location. It can take up to 1 hour to appear.

Eligibility

• Level 4 or higher in the loyalty programme

• An In and Out balance over the last 7 days, excluding today, greater than 50 EUR, USD, CAD, NZD or AUD, or 500 NOK

Cryptocurrency deposits are not counted towards cashback.

The formula

Bonus amount = (total successful deposits minus your balance minus total processed cashouts minus total pending cashouts) multiplied by the cashback percentage, divided by 100.

• Total successful deposits: your successful deposits over the period

• Total processed cashouts: your completed withdrawals over the period

• Total pending cashouts: your withdrawals still in processing, including those under review

• Your balance: the balance including bonus money at the moment the bonus is issued

An example

Deposits 1,000, processed cashouts 800, pending cashouts 50, current balance 100, cashback 10 percent. The cashback is (1,000 minus 100 minus 800 minus 50) multiplied by 10 and divided by 100, which is 5.

Limits

Cashback is not paid as cash straight away. The full amount has to be wagered x5 before it can be withdrawn. The maximum cashback is 5,000 EUR or the equivalent in your currency, and the same limit applies to winnings from it.

The system does all of this automatically from your activity for the past week, and the amount cannot be adjusted by hand.

What is Live Cashback?

Live Cashback is a separate weekly gift for play in live games.

It is available to players with Gold status and above in the VIP Club. If you are not sure which status you hold, you can check it in your Profile.

It is credited every Tuesday at 01:00 UTC and appears within 30 minutes.

The percentage by status

• Gold: 3 percent

• Platinum: 4 percent

• Diamond: 5 percent

Conditions

• Losses in live games over the last 7 days of at least 100 EUR or 150 AUD.

• A positive In and Out balance over the lifetime of the account.

• The minimum credited amount is 3 EUR or 4.5 AUD, and 4 EUR or 5.5 AUD for Platinum, 5 EUR or 6.5 AUD for Diamond.

• The maximum is 1,000 EUR or 1,500 AUD.

• Wagering is x1, and the maximum bet while wagering is 500 EUR or 750 AUD.

• Only bets in the Live games for bonus wagering category count, at 5 percent of each bet.

The Receive bonuses toggle has to be on at the moment the cashback is issued.

How do lotteries work?

Lotteries are prize draws you join with lottery tickets, and you are entered automatically.

1. You receive tickets for eligible deposits made while the lottery is running. A bigger deposit gives more tickets, and the exact number for each deposit is shown in the lottery details.

2. Once the tickets are credited, you are in the draw. There is nothing else to activate.

3. You can see how many tickets you have in the top right corner of the website.

When the lottery ends, the winning tickets are drawn and the prizes are awarded. Each player can win one prize per lottery. Tickets are valid only for the lottery they were issued for and do not carry over to the next one.
