How to change the odds for sports bets?

Odds can be shown the way you are used to reading them.

Six formats are available: European, British, Hong Kong, American, Indonesian and Malay.

On a computer

The format selector is on the left side of the screen, under the list of sports.

On mobile and in the app

Tap the Menu tab in the bottom right corner and scroll to the end of the menu to pick the format.

Where can I review my sports betting history?

Your bets, open and settled, are in one tab.

On a computer

Open the My bets tab in the bottom right corner of the Sports page. It shows open bets and settled ones, whether they were won, lost or returned.

On mobile and in the app

Tap the ticket icon at the bottom right of the screen and you will find the same list.

When can I expect my sports bet to be settled?

Most bets settle in about 30 seconds.

• Live bets settle as soon as the outcome is decided.

• Pre-match bets settle after the event finishes.

A delay of up to a few hours can happen when the provider has a technical issue, or around major events with a very high number of bets.

You can always check where a bet stands in the My bets tab. If something looks stuck there, let us know and we will check it.

Can I cancel my bet?

Once a bet is confirmed it is final, so it is worth checking the outcome before you confirm.

There is still a way to close a position early. If cashout is available for that bet, you will see it in the My bets tab, and it settles the bet before the event ends.

Cashout lets you take a profit early or cut a possible loss, and the amount offered can be higher or lower than your stake.

Why can't I cash out my bet?

Cashout is offered by the system automatically, and a few situations switch it off.

• The market has only two possible outcomes and one of them is no longer available for betting.

• The market is closed for new bets.

• Conditions in the event changed, so the system recalculated and withdrew the option.

• The provider is carrying out maintenance.

• The bet was placed with a freebet. Cashout is not available for bonus bets.

When cashout is available, its value moves with the event, so it can be above or below your original stake. The full rules are in the Sportsbook rules.

What types of freebets are available?

A freebet lets you bet without risking your own money, and there are three kinds.

All Win freebet

If the bet wins you receive the full return, including the stake. A 10 AUD freebet at odds of 3.0 pays 30 AUD.

Only Win freebet

If the bet wins you receive the profit without the stake. A 10 AUD freebet at odds of 3.0 returns 20 AUD.

No Risk freebet

The stake is taken from your balance, so you need real funds equal to the freebet value. If the bet loses, the stake comes back to you. If it wins, you receive the full return including the stake.

Only one freebet can be active at a time. Activating a new one replaces the previous one.

How can I use the Hunting bonus?

Hunting turns your regular betting into freebets.

1. Place bets with real money. Each one adds points towards the bonus.

2. When the points reach the next step, a freebet is issued automatically.

3. Open the Bonuses tab in the Sports section to activate the freebet.

Every freebet from Hunting is an Only Win freebet equal to your current average bet, and the counter starts again after each one.

When the last part of the bonus is smaller than your average bet, it is rounded up in your favour to the next multiple of five. With an average bet of 10 and 7 left in the bonus, the freebet is 10.

If Comboboost and Hunting are both available for the same bet, you choose which one to use.

What is Comboboost?

Comboboost raises the payout on a combo bet by multiplying the total odds.

If your Comboboost multiplier is 1.50 and you pick two outcomes at 1.70 and 2.00, the total odds become 1.50 by 1.70 by 2.00, which is 5.10. A 5 EUR bet returns 25.50 EUR instead of 17 EUR.

Comboboost applies to combo bets only, and you will see it offered in the bet slip when it is available.

If Comboboost and Hunting are both available for the same bet, you choose which one to use.

Can I have more than one sports bonus at a time?

Some sports bonuses work side by side and some replace each other.

• Freebets: only one can be active. Activating a new freebet replaces the one you had.

• A freebet and Comboboost can both be active, because they apply to different bets.

• Comboboost and Hunting can both be available, and you choose which one to use for the bet.

A sports bonus cannot be cancelled once it is on your account. It stays there until you use it or it expires.

If a deposit qualifies for both a casino bonus and a sports bonus, you receive both.

How can I receive the weekly sports cashback?

Sports cashback comes back to you as real money, with no wagering attached.

It is 2 percent of your settled sports bets minus your sports winnings over the past week. VIP players from Bronze level and above receive 3 percent.

How to qualify

Your total loss over the week has to be at least 5 EUR or USD, 8 AUD, CAD or NZD, or 50 NOK. If it is, the cashback is credited automatically.

• Credited every Tuesday at 01:00 UTC, counting bets settled from Tuesday to Monday.

• Only bets placed with real money count. Cancelled, void and cashed out bets, and bets placed with a bonus, are not included.

• You have 2 days to activate it in the Bonuses tab of your profile, after that it expires.

• The maximum is 500 EUR or the equivalent in your currency.
