What Is the VIP Club
The VIP Club combines two connected systems that track your progress and reward your activity. The Lifetime Loyalty Program is the first stage: every deposit and bet earns you XP that builds your level from Stone through to Alloy. XP tracking starts automatically when you create your account. No sign-up required.
The Seasonal VIP track is the second stage. It unlocks once your total lifetime XP reaches 15,000, which grants you VIP Iron status permanently. From VIP Iron onwards, your progress is measured in SP rather than XP. SP accumulates within each three-month season and determines your VIP level for the following season.
Lifetime Levels
The lifetime track has eight levels: Stone, Slate, Granite, Lava, Obsidian, Carbon, Dolomite, and Alloy. XP from deposits and bets moves you through these levels. XP does not expire or reset.
When your total lifetime XP reaches 15,000, you complete Alloy and receive VIP Iron status permanently. That status cannot be removed from your account. Once you hold VIP Iron, your lifetime XP counter stops and SP becomes your active progress currency.

Seasonal VIP Levels
Once you hold VIP Iron, you progress through six seasonal VIP tiers by earning SP within each quarter. The cumulative SP required to reach each tier:
At the start of each new season, your SP resets to the base starting value of the highest status you held at the end of the previous season. SP does not carry over beyond that starting value.
How to Earn XP and SP
XP and SP are earned the same way; the difference is when each applies. From the moment you create your account, every deposit and bet earns XP toward your lifetime Loyalty Program levels. Once you reach VIP Iron (15,000 lifetime XP), your activity starts earning SP instead; XP accumulation stops at that point. SP resets at the start of each season, while your lifetime XP stays with you permanently.
The earning rate is the same for both: 1 USD deposited earns 2 XP/SP. For bets, the rate depends on game type. Slots use a base of 10 USD wagered per 1 XP/SP, sports betting earns points faster at 5 USD per 1 XP/SP, while some game categories (such as table games) carry a lower coefficient.
Earning Through Deposits
The base rate is 1 USD deposited = 2 XP/SP. For other currencies, multiply your deposit amount by the currency rate below, then multiply the result by 2.
For non-USD currencies, your actual XP/SP may vary based on the live exchange rate at the time of deposit. USD deposits earn at the fixed rate of 2 XP/SP per 1 USD.
Earning Through Bets
Your XP/SP from bets depends on the game category. All rates are based on USD equivalent wagered:
Slots: 10 USD wagered = 1 XP/SP
Live games and table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack): 20 USD wagered = 1 XP/SP
Sports betting: 5 USD wagered = 1 XP/SP, credited after the bet settles
Bonus Buy and Jackpot category slots: earn XP/SP at an accelerated rate based on the individual game's RTP
Generic games: do not contribute XP/SP

VIP Seasons and Confirming Your Status
Each VIP season is a three-month period aligned with financial quarters: Q1 (January to March), Q2 (April to June), Q3 (July to September), Q4 (October to December).
At the start of each new season, your SP resets to the base value of the highest VIP tier you held at the end of the previous season. Your task for the season is to earn enough additional SP to reach the confirmation threshold. Confirming guarantees your current tier for the following season.
Season starting SP and confirmation targets:
Example: You ended last season as VIP Bronze. At the start of the new season, your SP resets to 18,000. To confirm Bronze for next season, you need to reach 24,600 total SP (18,000 + 6,600). If you reach 40,000 SP instead, you move up to Silver, and Silver becomes your starting status next season.
Three outcomes are possible at the end of each season:
You reach the confirmation threshold: your status carries forward to the next season.
You earn enough SP to reach a higher tier: that higher tier becomes your starting status next season.
You do not reach the confirmation threshold: your status drops by one tier at the start of the next season.
The minimum status is VIP Iron. Your level cannot fall below it.
VIP Iron requires no confirmation. That status is permanent.
Tracking Your Progress
Check the VIP Club page or Profile > My Level for your current VIP level, SP progress, active benefits, and upcoming rewards. Progress syncs to UTC; after any deposit or bet, updates may take up to one hour to appear.
VIP Benefits
Weekly Cashback
VIP Iron and above receive weekly cashback. The percentage increases with each tier:
Cashback equals a percentage of your net losses from the previous week, credited weekly. Wagering requirement: x5 of the cashback amount. Win limit: x25 of the cashback amount.
Level-Up Rewards
Each time you reach a new VIP tier, a level-up reward credits to your account automatically. No manual claim needed. Reward amounts change each season; check the Rewards tab for the current amount for your next tier.
If your level-up reward has not appeared within 24 hours of reaching a new tier, contact our support team.
Birthday Gift
All VIP members from Iron and above receive a birthday gift. At VIP Iron, the system credits a standard bonus on your registered birthday. From VIP Bronze and above, your account manager or the support team issues a personalised gift.
If your birthday has passed and you have not received your gift, contact our support team. We cannot issue birthday gifts before your registered birthday.
VIP Events
From VIP Iron and above, you have access to VIP Events: private tournaments and exclusive quests. Find active events on the VIP Club page.
Daily Deposit Insurance
VIP Bronze and above receive daily deposit insurance. If your balance at the end of the day is lower than it started, you receive an insurance bonus on the loss. The win limit on daily deposit insurance is x5 of the original deposit amount. The terms by tier:

How to Request Daily Deposit Insurance
If you experience losses, you can activate deposit insurance to recover a percentage of your deposits for the current period. Just make sure your last transaction wasn’t a withdrawal, you don't have active balance and that no withdrawal requests were made after your deposits. To request it:

Select Insurance as your bonus type
Click Make request, and you're all set!
Requirements and conditions:
Available to VIP Bronze and above. VIP Iron does not include this benefit.
You must contact us on the same calendar day as the deposit (UTC time applies). Daily deposit insurance resets every day at 12 AM UTC, so don’t forget to check the time displayed at the bottom of the page.
You can claim daily deposit insurance up to three times per day.
There is no minimum deposit amount and no cap on the insurance bonus.
The insurance percentage and wagering requirement depend on your tier and personal conditions.

From VIP Bronze and above, you get higher withdrawal limits and faster processing, applied automatically.

Personal VIP Manager
From VIP Bronze and above, you get a Personal VIP Manager for account queries and first-class support. Your manager can also issue personalised bonuses based on your account activity. These are not automatic and are separate from the weekly cashback. You can reach your manager via email, phone, or preferred messenger. Here’s how to find their contact info:
