What is the new VIP Club and how does migration work?

Everything you earn now sits in one place, and you are already part of it.

Every registered player joins automatically, starting at Stone Level. From there your journey runs through two connected systems.

Loyalty Program, lifetime

This one tracks your total play and unlocks permanent levels with bigger gifts and cashback. Once you reach VIP Iron, that level is yours forever.

VIP Progress, seasonal

This one runs in 3 month cycles. During a season you confirm your current level or push to the next one, which unlocks higher cashback and extra gifts.

Both systems count the same activity, so every deposit and every bet moves you forward in one place.

What levels and statuses are there in the VIP Club?

The ladder has two parts, and you climb them in order.

At 15,000 XP you move into the VIP Club as VIP Iron, and your XP is converted into SP for the season you are in.

VIP Iron stays with you for life. The statuses above it are seasonal, so they are confirmed or improved during each 3 month season.

How is XP/SP progress calculated?

Your own activity does all the work here, and both deposits and bets count.

Every deposit adds XP and SP. Every bet counts as well, win or lose. Withdrawals do not affect your progress.

Rates differ between games. Slots usually move faster because of their pace, live games are steadier, and crash titles do not add progress. Bets in cryptocurrency do not count towards XP or SP.

Amounts differ by currency because points are calculated relative to USD, so the real spend stays equivalent. Bets during tournaments and promotions count as well.

How much SP do I need to keep or reach a VIP level?

Each status has its own target for the season.

To reach the next status

• Bronze: 33,000 SP

• Silver: 55,000 SP

• Gold: 115,000 SP

• Platinum: 265,000 SP

• Diamond: 615,000 SP

To confirm the status you already have

• Bronze: 6,600 SP during the season

• Silver: 18,000 SP

• Gold: 45,000 SP

• Platinum: 100,000 SP

• Diamond: 300,000 SP

There is no fixed number of deposits or bets behind these targets. Progress comes from both, so you can climb through deposits, through play, or through a mix of the two.

What are seasons and how do they work?

A season is a 3 month cycle, and it is what keeps the VIP Club moving.

XP and SP

• XP are your lifetime points. They never reset and they unlock the levels you keep for good.

• SP are seasonal points. They track your activity inside one season and reset when a new season starts, while your confirmed status stays.

What happens during a season

You have two goals: confirm your current status by making progress towards the next one, or reach the next status outright. Both are shown on your progress bar.

If you do not confirm your status during a season, you drop one level when the next one starts. You never drop below VIP Iron once you have reached it, and you can climb back up by staying active.

For example, if you reach VIP Gold in one season and stay inactive in the next, your status can move down to Silver afterwards.

Experience Boost

XP you earned earlier in the same season are converted into SP when you unlock a VIP level, so your seasonal progress starts with everything you have already done that season.

Where can I check my VIP progress?

Your progress lives in two places, and both are a click away.

Profile and then Levels

This shows your current tier and a progress bar. View VIP progress opens the details: how close you are to the next level, the rewards available and the perks you have unlocked.

The VIP Club progress page

• The Progress tab shows how much SP you have earned and which activities move you forward.

• The Rewards tab shows the rewards for your current level and the ones waiting at the next.

• The Info section covers your perks and the most common questions.

Do I get rewards for levelling up?

Yes, every new level brings something with it.

Rewards are tied to moving up, not to confirming the level you already hold. Confirming your status keeps your place for the next season, and it has its own bonus, but it does not repeat the level up reward.

How rewards reach you

• Every deposit and every bet adds XP and SP.

• When you reach the points for a new level, the reward appears in your Bonuses tab on its own.

• Daily Deposit Insurance is the exception. You qualify automatically, and you press the button in your account to receive it.

XP and SP cannot be exchanged for cash or free spins. They exist to move you up the ladder and unlock the rewards that come with it.

What do I get for reaching a VIP status?

Each status opens with a welcome reward the first time you reach it.

• VIP Iron: 50 EUR and 25 free spins at 0.40 EUR, win limit 1,000 EUR

• VIP Bronze: 75 EUR and 50 free spins at 0.40 EUR, win limit 1,000 EUR

The wagering on these bonuses is x15. The reward is given the first time you reach a status, so reaching it again later does not repeat it.

From VIP Bronze upwards, confirming your status during a season comes with its own bonus:

What perks come with each VIP status?

The higher the status, the more of them are switched on for you.

Weekly cashback

Levels 4 to 8 receive from 3 to 5 percent. VIP statuses receive more: Iron 7 percent, Bronze 7.5, Silver 8, Gold 8.5, Platinum 9 and Diamond 10 percent. The wagering is x5.

Daily Deposit Insurance

From VIP Bronze: 10 percent at Bronze, 15 at Silver, 20 at Gold and Platinum, 25 at Diamond.

Live Cashback

From VIP Gold: 3 percent at Gold, 4 at Platinum and 5 at Diamond.

People and service

• A personal manager and VIP support from VIP Bronze upwards.

• Offline gifts from VIP Gold upwards.

Activities

Exclusive slot tournaments and live tournaments are open from VIP Bronze upwards. Other activities, such as the Rocket Wheel and seasonal promotions, depend on your status and on the campaign running at the time.

What is Daily Deposit Insurance and how do I claim it?

Deposit Insurance gives back a share of a deposit as a bonus. It is available from VIP Bronze upwards: 10 percent at Bronze, 15 at Silver, 20 at Gold and Platinum, and 25 at Diamond. Bronze, Silver and Gold can activate it up to 3 times a day, Platinum and Diamond up to 5 times. The minimum deposit is 20 EUR or USD, or 30 AUD, CAD or NZD.

How to claim it

1. Log in and open your Profile.

2. Go to the Bonuses tab and open the Daily Deposit Insurance card.

3. If all conditions are marked as completed, press Activate.

Each activation insures one deposit, and the system picks the largest eligible deposit on its own. For the next eligible deposit, press Activate again, within the daily limit. Insurance is fully automated: support cannot add it, change its conditions or apply it to a chosen deposit, and it is never requested in chat.

Conditions for the insurance

• The balance is below the amount shown in the bonus details, for example 7.50 AUD.

• Deposits minus withdrawals over the last 90 days reach the amount shown in the bonus details. If withdrawals are higher than deposits, insurance is not available.

• There is no active bonus. Complete its wagering first.

• There is no withdrawal request after the latest deposit. Make a new deposit or cancel the withdrawal while it is still possible.

• At least one deposit made today has not been used for insurance or any other bonus. A deposit used to activate a deposit bonus cannot be insured.

Wagering, maximum bet and maximum win

• Bronze: x30, max bet 5 EUR or USD, 7.5 AUD, CAD or NZD, 50 NOK, max win 500 EUR or USD, 750 AUD, CAD or NZD.

• Silver: x30, same max bet, max win 700 EUR or USD, 1,000 AUD, CAD or NZD.

• Gold: x25, same max bet, max win 1,000 EUR or USD, 1,500 AUD, CAD or NZD.

• Platinum: x20, max bet 10 EUR or USD, 15 AUD, CAD or NZD, 100 NOK, max win 2,000 EUR or USD, 3,000 AUD, CAD or NZD.

• Diamond: x20, same max bet as Platinum, max win 3,000 EUR or USD, 4,500 AUD, CAD or NZD.

If the insurance is not available right after a lost deposit or a cancelled withdrawal, the status can take 2 to 15 minutes to update: refresh the page and try again. If Activate was pressed but the bonus does not show, refresh the page or reopen the app and check the Bonuses tab again.

Can I reach a new VIP level with multiple deposits?

Yes, and one large deposit is not needed for it.

Several smaller deposits add up exactly the same way. Your points come from deposits and from bets together, so spreading deposits across your sessions works just as well as one big one.

Can I opt out of the VIP programme?

There is no switch for it, and there is nothing you need to do either.

The programme runs automatically in the background. Every bet and every deposit adds progress whether you are chasing levels or not, so you can simply play at your own pace and collect the rewards when they arrive.

Can I freeze my VIP level while on holiday?

There is no freeze button, and a break will not undo your progress overnight.

Your status is measured across a full season, and it is only reconfirmed at the end of one. After a short break you usually come back to the same status.

Even if a season passes without enough activity, you drop only one level, and never below VIP Iron. Your usual deposits and bets build the progress back up.
