Taking a well-deserved break? 🌴 We get it — sometimes you just want to switch off and not worry about progress. While there isn’t a special “freeze” button for your VIP level, here’s the good news: your level won’t instantly vanish if you take time off.
Your VIP status is calculated over seasons, and you’ll only need to reconfirm your level at the end of one. If you’re away for a bit, you’ll usually return to the same level, and even if progress resets, you can quickly build it back up once you start playing again.
So in short: no worries, your holiday won’t ruin your VIP status! ✨ Planning a longer break? If you have a personal VIP manager, tell them and they will explain what to expect. If you do not, contact support.
