How can I remove a card from my saved payment methods?

If there’s a card or payment option you no longer use, you can easily remove it directly from the Cashbox 💳

⚙️ Steps to remove a saved payment method:

1. Open Cashbox and start a deposit or withdrawal. You don’t need to complete the transaction — this is just to access your saved methods
2. Go to the 3rd step of the payment flow, where all your saved payment methods are displayed
3. Locate the card or method you want to remove
4. Click Delete saved method next to it. The method will be removed immediately

For your safety, all deposit methods must be verified, even the ones you’ve deleted. This ensures your account remains secure.
