New: recently released titles.

Bonus Wagering: games marked with a blue dollar icon. Bets placed on these games count towards your active bonus wagering requirement.

Bonus Buy: slots that include an option to purchase the bonus round directly. Availability varies by region.

Megaways: slots with dynamic reel layouts that change with every spin, creating thousands of possible winning combinations.

Low Volatility: games that pay out smaller wins more frequently.

Jackpot: progressive jackpot slots with pooled prize pools.

Drops & Wins: games participating in prize drop and tournament promotions run by game providers.

Bingo: live-hosted and standard bingo-format games.

Crash Games: fast-paced games where you decide when to cash out before the multiplier crashes.

Table Games: blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and other classic table formats.

Slots: Bonus Features and Paytable

Each slot has its own rules, paytable, and in-game features. To view the paytable and rules for any slot, click the information icon (a small circle with the letter i inside) in the game; it is usually found in a corner of the game screen. The paytable lists symbol values, explains all features, and shows the RTP specific to that game.

Common in-game features:

  • Free spins rounds: triggered when a required number of scatter symbols land on the reels. Free spins play automatically at no extra cost and any winnings go directly to your balance.
  • Multipliers: increase the value of a win by a fixed or progressive amount during base play or within a bonus round.
  • Bonus Buy: some slots let you pay a multiplier of your stake to skip directly to the bonus round. This feature is not available in all regions; if the option is not visible in the game, it is not supported in your location.
  • Megaways: the number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin, creating large numbers of possible winning combinations.
  • Cascading reels: also called avalanche reels. Winning symbols are removed and replaced by new ones falling from above, allowing multiple wins from a single spin.
  • Free spins received as part of a casino promotion appear in your Bonuses section and must be activated before use. These are separate from free spins rounds triggered in-game.
  • Bonus Buy and other in-game purchase features may not be available depending on your country of registration. If the option is not visible in the game, it is not supported in your region.

Winnings Not Credited

If a winning amount is not showing in your balance:

  1. Check Bets history: go to your Bets history tab or the in-game bet history (if available) to confirm the bet was settled.

  2. Reload the page: your balance may need a moment to update after the bet settles.

If winnings are still missing after reloading, contact support via live chat with the following details:

  • Date and UTC time of the bet: the current UTC time is displayed in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  • Your balance before and after the bet.
  • The bet amount.
  • The game name and how you were playing (mobile, website, or app).
  • A screenshot of the issue.

Casino

The live casino offers real-dealer table games streamed in HD video. Games are hosted by live dealers and follow the same rules as their standard casino equivalents.

Available game types:

  • Blackjack: played against the dealer. The objective is to reach 21 without going over. Multiple table variants are available with different bet limits. Bet limits are shown on each table thumbnail before you enter.
  • Roulette: bet on individual numbers, colours, or groups of numbers. Available in European, American, and other formats.
  • Baccarat: bet on the banker, the player, or a tie.
  • Poker: available in formats including Texas Hold'em and Omaha.
  • Game Shows: interactive titles such as Mega Wheel that combine a game show format with slot-style mechanics and multipliers. Each title has its own rules and paytable shown inside the game.
  • Live Bingo: bingo with numbers called live by a host.

How to join a game:

  1. Go to the Live Casino section from the main navigation.

  2. Browse available tables. Each thumbnail shows the game type and current bet limits.

  3. Click on a table to enter. For table games, select an available seat. For game shows and bingo, join the open session.

  4. Place your bet using the on-screen controls within the betting window. The window closes before each round starts.

You can enter a table and observe without betting by not placing a bet before the window closes.

For stream quality issues such as buffering or a dropped feed: check your network connection, disable any VPN, and try a different browser or network. A wired connection or stronger Wi-Fi signal helps.

Fair Play and Certification

All games on the platform are developed by licensed third-party studios and are independently tested before and after release.

Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces results that are statistically independent on every spin, hand, or round; previous outcomes have no effect on future results.

The platform's average Return to Player (RTP) is certified at 96.95%. This certification is reviewed and updated monthly by eCOGRA, an accredited independent testing agency. The RTP for each individual game is shown in the game's paytable or information screen.

Return to Player (RTP)

Return to Player (RTP) is the percentage of total bets a game is designed to return to players over time. An RTP of 96% means the game is built to pay back 96 cents for every dollar wagered, averaged across a very large number of rounds. Individual session results will differ from the long-term average.

How to find the RTP for a specific game:

  1. Open the game.

  2. Click the information icon (a small circle with the letter i inside), usually located in a corner of the game screen.

  3. The paytable or information screen opens. The RTP for that game is listed there.

  4. If the RTP is not shown in the paytable, look for a Help or Game Rules tab within the game interface.

RTP values are set by the game developer and verified by independent testing agencies. The platform does not modify RTP values.
