Bonus Balance
Your bonus balance holds funds that come from bonuses rather than your own deposits. You can play with bonus funds, but you cannot withdraw them directly — you first need to meet the wagering requirement attached to the bonus. Your bonus balance is separate from your real balance.
Bonus Buy
Bonus Buy is a slot feature that lets you pay a multiplier of your stake to skip straight to the bonus round, instead of waiting for it to trigger during normal play. It is also a game category you can filter by in the Games section.
Bonus Buy is not available in all regions. If the option is not visible in a game, it is not supported in your location. Bonus Buy bets usually do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
Bonus Wagering
Bonus Wagering is both the process of betting enough to unlock a bonus (see Wagering Requirement) and the name of a game category. Games in the Bonus Wagering category are marked with a blue dollar icon, and bets placed on them count toward your active bonus’s wagering requirement.
Cascading Reels
Cascading reels (also called avalanche reels) are a slot feature where winning symbols are removed and replaced by new symbols falling from above. This can create several wins from a single spin, as each cascade can form a new winning combination.
Cashback
Cashback is a bonus based on your net losses over a period. The platform returns a percentage of your losses to your account. Weekly cashback is credited every Thursday within 2 hours after 00:00 UTC if you are eligible. Live cashback is available to VIP players and is based on Live games activity.
Cashback usually needs to be activated in the Bonuses tab within a validity window. Requesting a withdrawal while cashback is available and unused will automatically cancel it.
Cashout (Sports)
Cashout lets you settle a sports bet early at the current market value, before the event ends, rather than waiting for the final result. Bets eligible for cashout are marked with a coin-pile symbol in the bet slip and bet history.
Cashout is available for single and combo bets only, and is not available for freebets. The value offered is calculated automatically based on how the event is unfolding. It is not always available — for example, when a market has closed or conditions do not support a value.
Combo Bet
A combo bet (also called an accumulator) combines two or more selections into a single sports bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. The odds of each selection multiply together, so a combo can return more than the same stakes bet separately — but a single losing selection loses the whole bet.
Combo Bonus
A Combo Bonus (also called comboboost) applies an automatic percentage boost to the total winnings of a qualifying combo bet. It requires at least 3 events, minimum odds of 1.5 per event, and a minimum stake. The boost percentage increases with the number of events in the combo.
When a qualifying combo is built, you choose either Combo Bonus or Combo Cashback in the bet slip — only one can apply per bet.
Combo Cashback
Combo Cashback returns a percentage of your stake if a qualifying combo bet loses. It has the same eligibility conditions as the Combo Bonus — at least 3 events, minimum odds of 1.5 per event, and a minimum stake. You choose either Combo Cashback or Combo Bonus for a qualifying bet, not both.
Crash Game
A crash game is a fast-paced game where a multiplier rises over time and you decide when to cash out. If you cash out before the multiplier “crashes,” you win your stake multiplied by the value at that moment. If you wait too long and it crashes first, the stake is lost.
Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency is a digital currency you can use to deposit. Supported coins include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, DAI, BNB, TRON (TRX), Dogecoin (DOGE), and Litecoin (LTC). Each runs on a specific blockchain network.
Always use the correct network for the currency you are sending. Using the wrong network can cause the funds not to arrive and they may not be recoverable.
Daily Deposit Insurance
Daily deposit insurance is a VIP benefit that returns a percentage of a day’s deposit if you lose it. It is available to VIP Bronze and above VIP statuses and must be claimed via live chat on the same calendar day as the deposit (UTC time applies). The percentage and terms depend on your VIP tier. VIP Iron does not include it.
3DS (3D Secure)
3D Secure (3DS) is an extra security step for card payments. When you deposit with a card, you confirm the payment with a code sent by SMS or an app notification from your bank. Your card must have 3D Secure enabled to be used for deposits. Virtual or one-time cards without this feature are not accepted.
Fiat
Fiat refers to traditional government-issued currencies such as USD, EUR, or AUD, as opposed to cryptocurrency. Fiat payment methods include cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Free Chips (FC)
Free Chips are bonus credits used to place bets in specific live casino games, such as roulette or blackjack. Each Free Chip has a set bet value and can be used in the designated game only. Winnings are credited as bonus funds and may carry a wagering requirement and a maximum win limit, shown in the gift details.
Freebet
A freebet lets you place a sports bet without using your own funds. It is an “OnlyWin” bonus: if the bet wins, only the net winnings are credited — the freebet stake itself is not returned. If it loses, nothing is taken from your real balance.
Freebets can be used only on sports, on selections within the odds range stated in the terms, and expire on a set date or when the remaining balance drops below the stated minimum. Freebets are not eligible for cashout.
Free Spins (FS)
Free Spins let you spin a slot a set number of times without using your own funds. Each spin has a fixed bet value. There are two kinds: free spins rounds triggered inside a game (which pay directly to your balance), and free spins received as a bonus, which appear in your Bonuses section and must be activated before use. Bonus free spins usually carry a wagering requirement.
Jackpot Slot
A jackpot slot is a slot with a pooled prize that can be won on top of normal wins. Progressive jackpot slots grow their prize from a portion of each bet placed across many players. Jackpot slots usually do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
KYC (Know Your Customer) is the process of verifying your identity and payment methods. Regulated platforms are required to confirm who their customers are and that their payment methods belong to them. In practice this means uploading a government-issued ID and payment documents in the Verification tab. Completing KYC is required to withdraw.
Live Casino
Live casino games are played in real time with a human dealer streamed in HD video. Games include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, game shows, and live bingo, and follow the same rules as their standard equivalents. Live games count toward coins and some cashback but usually not toward bonus wagering.
Loss Limit
A loss limit caps how much you can lose over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. It is calculated as Loss = Bet − Win, so wins are subtracted and the limit tracks your net loss rather than total bets. Once the limit is reached, you cannot place further bets until the period resets. You set it in the Limits tab.
Low Volatility
Volatility describes how a slot pays out. Low volatility games pay smaller wins more frequently, while high volatility games pay larger wins less often. Low Volatility is also a category you can filter by in the Games section.
Megaways
Megaways is a slot mechanic where the number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin, creating a large and varying number of possible winning combinations. Megaways is also a category you can filter by in the Games section.
Multiplier
A multiplier increases the value of a win by a set or growing amount — for example, a 3x multiplier triples the win. Multipliers can appear during normal play or within a bonus round. In crash games, the multiplier is the rising value you choose to cash out at.
Odds
Odds show how much a winning sports bet pays and reflect how likely an outcome is. Higher odds mean a larger potential payout but a less likely outcome. The platform supports six odds formats — Decimal, Fractional, Hong Kong, American, Indo, and Malay — which you can switch between in the Sports settings; they show the same odds in different notations.
OnlyWin Bonus
An OnlyWin bonus is one where only the net winnings are paid if the bet wins, and the original bonus stake is not returned. A freebet is an OnlyWin bonus: a winning freebet credits the winnings minus the freebet stake, and a losing freebet costs you nothing from your real balance.
Paytable
A paytable is the information screen inside a game that lists symbol values, explains the game’s features, and shows the game’s RTP. You open it by clicking the information icon (a small circle with the letter i inside), usually in a corner of the game screen.
PWA (Progressive Web App)
A PWA (Progressive Web App) lets you install the platform as an app directly from your browser, with no app-store download. It works on Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS, and once installed behaves like a native app with a home-screen icon, faster loading, and quick access to games and promotions.
Real Balance
Your real balance holds funds from your own deposits and any winnings or real-money rewards. You can play with it or withdraw it, subject to verification and the wagering requirements of any active bonuses. It is separate from your bonus balance, and withdrawals come from your real balance only.
RTP (Return to Player)
RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total bets a game is designed to return to players over a very large number of rounds. For example, 96% RTP means 96 is returned for every 100 wagered across all players over time. It is a long-run average set by the game developer, not a guarantee for any single session. You can find a game’s RTP in its paytable.
Scatter Symbol
A scatter is a special slot symbol that triggers a feature — most often a free spins round — when a required number of them land on the reels, regardless of their position. Scatters usually do not need to line up on a payline like standard symbols.
SP (Seasonal Points)
SP (Seasonal Points) measure your progress through the seasonal VIP tiers, from VIP Iron upward. You earn SP from deposits and bets at the same rate as XP. Unlike XP, SP resets at the start of each three-month VIP season to the base value of your highest tier from the previous season — it does not build indefinitely.
System Bet
A system bet places multiple combinations from a group of sports selections at once. Unlike a combo, where every selection must win, a system bet can still return a payout if only some of the selections win, because it covers several smaller combinations within the group.
VIP Club
The VIP Club combines two connected systems. The Lifetime Loyalty Program tracks XP from every deposit and bet to move you through lifetime levels (Stone up to Alloy); XP never resets. Once your lifetime XP reaches the VIP entry threshold, you gain permanent VIP Iron status and progress through seasonal VIP tiers using SP.
Seasonal VIP tiers run VIP Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond, and are measured within three-month seasons. Higher tiers unlock benefits such as higher cashback and daily deposit insurance.
Voucher
A voucher is a prepaid deposit method: you enter a voucher code and the amount to add funds, with no bank or card details needed. The value is set when the voucher is purchased.
Wager Sport Bonus
A Wager Sport Bonus credits an amount to a separate Sports Bonus balance. You cannot bet with this balance directly — instead, you bet from your real balance, and once you meet the wagering requirement (placing bets at the stated minimum odds), the bonus unlocks and transfers to your real balance. Full terms are shown on the bonus gift card.
Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement is the total you must bet before winnings from a bonus become withdrawable, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of 10 with a x40 requirement means betting 400 in total before it converts to withdrawable cash.
Not all games contribute equally — slots usually count in full, while live games, jackpot slots, and bonus buys often do not. Separately, every deposit must be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal is available. You can track progress in the Bonuses tab.
XP (Experience Points)
XP (Experience Points) measure your progress through the lifetime VIP levels. You earn XP from every deposit and bet, with both real and bonus funds counting. XP never expires or resets, and once you reach a level it is permanent. After you reach VIP Iron, seasonal progress is measured in SP instead.
