When will my weekly cashback be credited?

Here’s a quick guide on when to expect your cashback, tailored to your location and level:

🕒 Cashback issue times:

• All countries except Australia: all levels – 01:00 (UTC)
• Australia:
  • Levels 4-5 – 02:00 (UTC)
  • Levels 6-8 – 03:00 (UTC)
  • VIP Levels – 00:01 (UTC)

Processing may take up to 30 minutes after your scheduled time.

To keep track of the UTC time, check the bottom right corner of the website (web version) 💻 or in the Menu (mobile) 📱 The exact time your cashback will be issued is available in the Explore Gifts and Cashback chat section — feel free to take a look anytime.

Once your cashback is credited, you’ll have 3 days to activate it in the Bonuses tab of your account. After activation, your cashback will be valid for an additional 3 days ⌛

Cashback won’t be credited if the bonus feature is deactivated, so keep the bonus slider turned on to ensure you don’t miss out!
