When will my weekly cashback be credited?

Here’s a quick guide on when to expect your cashback, tailored to your location and level:

🕒 Cashback issue times:

• All countries except Australia: all levels – 01:00 (UTC)
• Australia: VIP Levels – 00:01 (UTC)

Processing may take up to 1 hour after your scheduled time. If your cashback is not on your balance yet within this hour, everything is fine, it is still being processed and no action is needed on your side. 

To keep track of the UTC time, check the bottom right corner of the website (web version) 💻 or in the Menu (mobile) 📱 The exact time your cashback will be issued is available in the Explore Gifts and Cashback chat section — feel free to take a look anytime.

Once your cashback is credited, you’ll have 3 days to activate it in the Bonuses tab of your account. After activation, your cashback will be valid for an additional 3 days ⌛

Cashback won’t be credited if the bonus feature is deactivated, so keep the bonus slider turned on to ensure you don’t miss out!
