How is cashback calculated?

Your cashback amount is calculated based on your activity and level, and it’s issued every Thursday (timing depends on your level and location). It may take up to 30 minutes to appear once credited.

✨ Eligibility

To qualify for cashback, you’ll need to:

• Reach at least Level 4 in the Loyalty Program
• Have a positive In/Out balance (your deposits minus withdrawals) over the last 7 days (excluding today) that’s greater than:
  • 50 EUR / USD / CAD / NZD / AUD
  • 500 NOK
  • Please note: cryptocurrency wallets aren’t eligible for cashback accrual

💡 Formula:

(Deposits – Withdrawals – Current Player Balance) × Cashback % (based on your Loyalty Program level)

Your weekly cashback is based on your deposits, withdrawals, and slot activity from the past week. The system runs all the calculations automatically.

• Deposits: 1000
• Withdrawals: 800
• Current balance: 100
• Cashback %: 10%
• Your cashback would be: (1000 – 800 – 100) × 10% = 10

Cashback isn’t paid as pure cash right away. The total cashback amount must be wagered x5 before it becomes withdrawable.
