How is cashback calculated?

Your cashback amount is calculated based on your activity and level, and it’s issued every Thursday (timing depends on your level and location). It may take up to 1 hour to appear once credited.

✨ Eligibility

To qualify for cashback, you’ll need to:

• Reach at least Level 4 in the Loyalty Program
• Have a positive In/Out balance (your deposits minus withdrawals) over the last 7 days (excluding today) that’s greater than:
  • 50 EUR / USD / CAD / NZD / AUD
  • 500 NOK
  • Please note: cryptocurrency wallets aren’t eligible for cashback accrual

💡 Formula:

Bonus amount = (Total successful deposits - Player's balance - Total processed cashouts - Total pending cashouts) × Cashback % / 100

• Total successful deposits: your successful deposits over the period.
• Total processed cashouts: your completed withdrawals over the period.
• Total pending cashouts: your withdrawals still in processing. Withdrawals under review count here.
• Player's balance: your balance including bonus money at the moment the bonus is issued.

Deposits in cryptocurrency do not count towards cashback.

• Processed cashouts: 800
• Pending cashouts: 50
• Current balance: 100
• Cashback: 10%

• Your cashback: (1 000 - 100 - 800 - 50) × 10 / 100 = 5

Cashback isn’t paid as pure cash right away. The total cashback amount must be wagered x5 before it becomes withdrawable. The maximum cashback is 5,000 EUR or the equivalent in your currency, and the same limit applies to winnings from cashback.

The system handles all calculations based on your activity for the past week. The availability and amount of cashback are automatically determined, and adjustments cannot be made manually 🌟
