Why was my deposit declined?

If your deposit didn’t go through, don’t worry – we’ll help you figure it out and get you back to the fun in no time 🤝 Here are the most common reasons and how you can resolve them:

  • Not enough funds
Make sure there’s enough money in your bank account or e-wallet before trying again
  • Incorrect card or bank details
Double-check your card number, expiry date, and CVV – or your bank info – just to be sure everything’s correct
  • Spending or deposit limits
Sometimes banks block payments if you’ve hit a daily or monthly limit. A quick message to your bank can help clear things up or lift your limit
  • 3D Secure (3DS) code wasn’t confirmed
To complete a card payment, you’ll need to enter the security code sent via SMS or your banking app. If you missed it, try the deposit again and keep an eye out for the notification from your bank
  • Payment not confirmed in your wallet
If you’re using an e-wallet, log in and make sure you’ve fully approved the transaction
  • Voucher already used
Double-check that our voucher hasn’t already been redeemed. If in doubt, try a new one
We only accept cards with 3D Secure enabled for your safety. Virtual or one-time-use cards without this security feature may be declined.

Still unsure what went wrong? Our support team is always here to walk you through the steps and help get everything sorted 🙌
