How do I change or remove my limits?

If you'd like to adjust or remove a limit you’ve set, you can do that quickly and easily right from the Limits tab of your account 🗂️ Here’s how it works:

1. Head to the Limits tab in your account
2. Find the limit you want to change
3. Click Edit limit to adjust the amount or Cancel limit to remove it entirely
4. Confirm your changes – and you’re done!

💡 Not seeing the email? A couple of things to check:

• If you’re lowering a limit (for example, reducing your desired weekly deposit amount), the change takes effect right away
• If you’re raising a limit or removing one, there’s a short cooling-off period of up to 24 hours. This is in place to support safe, responsible gaming
• You’ll see the exact waiting time on the limit card, so there are no surprises

Withdrawal limits cannot be changed or removed.
