How can I verify my identity?

Verifying your identity is a quick and important step that helps keep your account secure and ready for full access. We’ve made it as simple as possible 🙌

📑 You can upload one of the following valid documents (the only accepted documents):

• Passport
• Driving licence
• Government-issued ID card

✅ To help the system process it smoothly, please make sure:

• The document is valid and not expired
• You upload a clear photo, not a scan (and no screenshots)
• All 4 corners are visible
• Your details are easy to read

You can upload your document anytime under the Verification tab, in the Identity section 🆔 Once received, we’ll get to work and update its verification status as soon as possible – often within just a few minutes. Examples of not accepted documents are: Temporary paper IDs, Medical cards (MCP), Scanned or printed copies of any document
