Verifying your card is a simple and secure way to make sure your payments go through smoothly. Here’s what to do:
- Go to the Verification tab in your account
- Under the Payment section, upload a clear photo of your bank card
📸 When taking the photo, make sure these details are clearly visible:
- Your full name
- Expiry date
- The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number
If needed, please include both the front and back of your card 💳
Once submitted, our team will review the document promptly. You’ll receive a notification once the card is verified, so you can deposit, play, and withdraw with confidence ✔️

If a card hasn’t been used for a successful deposit yet, its slot won’t appear in the Verification tab.
If you have ever deposited with a bank card that hasn’t been fully verified – including cards that are now expired, lost or cancelled – any withdrawal request will be automatically declined (or cancelled) until that card is confirmed. If the card is no longer available, provide either a screenshot from your online banking that shows the same details or a bank document confirming the card’s closure. Cards that have been cancelled, lost, expired, or even removed from your “Saved” list can’t be deleted from your profile. Regulations require us to keep a record of every payment method ever used for deposits, and each of them must be verified before we can approve withdrawals. • If the card is no longer active, please upload a recent bank statement, PDF, or official email/screenshot from your bank to the Verification tab that: – shows the bank’s logo, – confirms the card’s closure, – displays your full name, and – contains the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number (masked digits in between are fine) Once the card (or its closure) is verified, simply submit a new withdrawal request and it will be reviewed as normal.
