How do I verify my card?

Verifying your card is straightforward and keeps your transactions running smoothly 🌟 Here's how to do it:

1. Go to the Verification tab in your account
2. Under the Payment section, upload a clear photo of your card

A few things to keep in mind depending on your situation:

• Physical card — make sure the following are clearly visible: your full name, expiry date, and the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number. If needed, upload photos of both sides
• Virtual card — a screenshot of the card showing your name and card number (first 6 and last 4 digits) is all we need. If those details aren't visible on the screenshot, a bank statement showing the same information works just as well
• Inactive card (closed, expired, or lost) — you can still verify it by providing a document from your bank confirming the card's closure. Make sure it includes your full name and card number
