How do I verify my card?

Verifying your card is a simple and secure way to make sure your payments go through smoothly. Here’s what to do:

1. Go to the Verification tab in your account
2. Under the Payment section, upload a clear photo of your bank card

📸 When taking the photo, make sure these details are clearly visible:

• Your full name
• Expiry date
• The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number

If needed, please include both the front and back of your card 💳

Once submitted, our team will review the document promptly. You’ll receive a notification once the card is verified, so you can deposit, play, and withdraw with confidence ✔️

Only payment methods that have already been used to deposit into your account can be verified.

If a card hasn’t been used for a successful deposit yet, its slot won’t appear in the Verification tab.

Even if your card is no longer active (lost/closed/expired), it still needs to be verified for security reasons.

You can simply upload a bank statement confirming the card’s closure or request an email confirmation from your bank, showing:

• Your full name
• The card number (masked is fine, as long as digits match)

This helps us keep your account safe and ensures your future withdrawals go to the right place.
