How is cashback amount determined?

Your weekly cashback is calculated based on your recent activity, using the following formula:

(Total deposits - Your balance - Total withdrawals - Pending withdrawals) * 10%

Here’s a closer look at each part of the calculation:

• Total deposits: the sum of all deposits made in the past week 💸
• Your balance: your current balance at the time cashback is issued 📊
• Total withdrawals & pending withdrawals: total amount you’ve withdrawn or have pending withdrawals during the week 💰

Let’s see how it might look with an example 📋

• Total deposits - 500 GBP
• Your balance - 100 GBP
• Total withdrawals - 200 GBP
• Pending withdrawals - 50 GBP
• Cashback % - 10%
• Your cashback - 15 GBP

The minimum cashback you can receive is 1.5 GBP/2 EUR. Amounts below this threshold aren’t credited.

Weekly cashback is available from Level 3 of our loyalty program. The wagering requirement and the maximum cashback depend on your level:

• Levels 3 to 4: x10 wagering, up to 500 EUR/USD/GBP
• Levels 5 to 6: x10 wagering, up to 1,000 EUR/USD/GBP
• Levels 7 to 9: x5 wagering, up to 3,000 EUR/USD/GBP
• Levels 10 to 12: x3 wagering, up to 5,000 EUR/USD/GBP
• Levels 13 to 15: x1 wagering, up to 10,000 EUR/USD/GBP 🎉
