Why didn't I receive cashback this week?

If your cashback didn't come through this week, here are the most likely reasons:

• No losses to calculate from — cashback is based on losses. If your withdrawals exceeded your deposits over the past week, there's nothing to calculate from. In other words, it was a good week 🎉
• Amount below the minimum — cashback is only credited if it reaches at least 1.50 AUD. Anything below that threshold won't be issued
• Eligibility — cashback is available from the Lava level of our Loyalty Program onwards 💎

The cashback process is fully automated — if you meet all the criteria, it will be credited without you needing to do anything.
