If your cashback didn't come through this week, here are the most likely reasons:
- No losses to calculate from — cashback is based on losses. If your withdrawals exceeded your deposits over the past week, there's nothing to calculate from. In other words, it was a good week 🎉
- Amount below the minimum — cashback is only credited if it reaches at least 1 EUR/USD or 1.50 AUD/CAD/NZD. Anything below that threshold won’t be issued
- Eligibility — cashback is available from the Distorted Key level of our VIP Club onwards 💎
The cashback process is fully automated — if you meet all the criteria, it will be credited without you needing to do anything.
