What does my withdrawal status mean?

You can easily track your withdrawal's progress in three stages: Reserved, Processing, and Succeeded. Just visit the Cashbox and check your Operations history 🔎

Here’s a quick guide to what each status means and how long it typically takes:

• Reserved – up to 24 hours 🔒
  Your request is under review by our finance team and will be processed soon.
• Processing – 3–7 business days ⚙️
  Your withdrawal has been approved and is now with the payment provider.
• Succeeded – up to 3 business days (up to 7 days for bank transfers) ✅
  The transaction is complete, and the funds should reach your bank account soon.
