What does my withdrawal status mean?

Modified on Mon, 28 Sep at 9:21 AM

Tracking your withdrawal is simple with three main stages: Reserved, Processing, and Succeeded. In some cases, you may also see Declined, Rejected or Recalled. Here’s a breakdown of each status, what it means, and how long it usually takes:

Reserved

  • Timings: up to 24 hours
  • Description: Our finance team is reviewing your request. It'll be processed shortly
  • Withdrawals can still be cancelled by you in the Cashbox while in this status — this is the only stage where it's possible

Processing

  • Timings: 3-7 business days
  • Description: the transaction has been approved and is now with your payment provider

Succeeded

  • Timings: up to 5 business days
  • Description: the withdrawal is completed, and the funds should reach your bank account soon

Declined

  • Description: the payment provider wasn’t able to complete this withdrawal. Our team will gladly check the details with you and help with the next steps

Rejected

  • Description: the withdrawal couldn’t be approved during review. This usually means an account check, such as verification, still needs to be completed. Our team will explain what’s needed and help you sort it out

Recalled

  • Description: the withdrawal was cancelled from your Cashbox while it was still in the Reserved status
Simply go to the Cashbox tab and check Operations history to track your progress.
