Which documents can I use to verify my identity?

Verifying your identity is a key step to ensure account security, and we aim to make it as smooth as possible. To complete this step, please provide one of the following documents — these are the only documents we can accept for identity verification:

• Passport
• Driving license
• Government-issued ID card

💡 Document requirements

• The document must be valid (not expired)
• It should be a clear photo (not a scan) with all 4 corners visible
• Make sure that all the information is readable

To proceed with identity verification, make sure you've filled in your name, date of birth, address, and phone number in your profile first.

You can upload one of these documents in the Verification tab under the Identity section 🆔 Once uploaded, we’ll review them quickly to help you get verified in no time!
