How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawals go through three stages, all visible in Cashbox:

• Pending: our Finance team is reviewing your request — usually up to 3 hours
• Approved: request is approved; funds are being processed by the payment provider. Timing depends on the method:
  • Credit card: 3–24 hours
  • Crypto: 30 minutes–3 hours
  • Bank transfers: 1–5 business days
• Processed: Withdrawal is complete — funds should appear in your account within 3 banking days

These times assume no additional verification is needed.
