How long does a withdrawal usually take?

Most withdrawals are processed by our finance team within 1 hour, although during busier moments it may take up to 3 hours.

Here's what the statuses mean:

• Pending — your request is being reviewed
• Approved — your funds have left us and are now moving through the payment provider
• Processed — everything is completed on our side, and your funds should arrive shortly

Once your withdrawal reaches Approved, the payment provider usually completes the transfer within 2–5 business days — though it often lands much sooner.

When the status changes to Processed, the transfer is fully completed from our side, and the funds should reach your account within up to 3 business days, depending on your payment method. 💸
