Most withdrawals are processed by our finance team within 1 hour, although during busier moments it may take up to 3 hours.
Here's what the statuses mean:
- Pending — your request is being reviewed
- Approved — your funds have left us and are now moving through the payment provider
- Processed — everything is completed on our side, and your funds should arrive shortly
Once your withdrawal reaches Approved, your payment provider takes over. This usually takes 3 to 24 hours for cards and e-wallets, 1 to 5 business days for bank transfers and Interac, and 30 minutes to 3 hours for crypto.
When the status changes to Processed, the transfer is fully completed from our side. The funds should reach you within up to 1 business day for e-wallets, up to 3 business days for cards, and up to 5 business days for bank transfers and Interac. Crypto withdrawals arrive as soon as the status changes to Processed 💸
