Which documents are accepted for identity verification?

Identity verification is a required step to keep your account secure. To complete it, you'll need to upload one of the following documents in the Verification tab under the Identity section — these are the only ones we can accept:

• Passport
• Driving licence
• Government-issued ID card

Before you upload, make sure your document:

• Is valid and not expired
• Is photographed clearly (not scanned or a digital version) with all four corners visible
• Has all information fully readable

Before submitting your document, make sure your name, date of birth, address, and phone number are filled in on your profile — this needs to be in place first.

Once submitted, we'll review it as quickly as possible.
